The next step is to schedule a free 1-hour Initial Meeting, where we'll review your property and learn about your project. We'll walk your house together (or tour it virtually), and talk in-depth about it's limits, opportunities, and what's it's like working with DLD.

MEETING TYPE: On-site
During the Site Evaluation meeting, we'll meet you on site to evaluate the limits, opportunities, and costs associated with improving the property. We'll share our expertise to help you make an informed buying decision, or, perhaps more importantly, determine if it might make more sense to pass.
