Initial Meeting

The second step is to schedule a 1-hour Initial Meeting, where we get to see your property and learn about your project. We'll walk your house together (or tour it virtually), and talk in-depth about it's limits, opportunities, and what's it's like working with DLD.

During the Initial Meeting, we'll dig into the details of the project you are considering and also address any project-specific questions you may have related to our process, services, fees, and availability.
Site Evaluation

During the Site Evaluation meeting, we'll meet you on site to evaluate the limits, opportunities, and costs associated with improving the property. We'll share our expertise to help you make an informed buying decision, or, perhaps more importantly, determine if it might make more sense to pass.

There's a $325 cost for our Site Evaluation services. Payment is due when scheduling your visit.
